Cancellation policy

Soap Club subscription
Soap Club is a recurring subscription. When you join, you pay for your first box at checkout. After that, your saved payment method is charged automatically every 8 weeks when your next box is prepared, at the Soap Club price (25% off) with free shipping, until you cancel.

How to cancel, skip or change
You can cancel, skip a delivery, or change your bars at any time from your account on our website, or by emailing us at joshuajyanni@gmail.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of boxes.

When a cancellation takes effect
To stop your next box, cancel before it is prepared and charged. If a box has already been charged and shipped, it will be sent as normal and our Refund Policy applies to it.

Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you before your next charge, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
